Grandparent's day always falls on the first Sunday after Labor Day. We invite you to use this special opportunity to let them know how much they mean to you!

The connection between a grandparent and a child is scientifically proven to cause grandparents to live longer, and help kids be more emotionally resilient. Even though we might not be able to be with them in person we can still celebrate them. 

Let your grandparent know you are thinking of them by giving them a phone call. While you are talking with them, share a favorite memory you two have together. 

Send old fashioned snail mail to them. Write a meaningful note and let your grandparents know how they have shaped your life.
